1. Senior EA

Specific Responsibilities

 
  • Execute projects based on Organization goals; provide follow-up to ensure consistency and task completion
  • Research issues, gather data, and develop materials for internal and external meetings, or for other purposes, as needed.
  • Maintain tasks lists and status reports
  • Ensure accuracy in critical details and coordinate all activities relating to incoming/outgoing communication calendar coordination and cross-checking of facts.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements: Flights Status, ground transportation, VIP Services
  • Coordinate meetings, agenda times, participants’ confirmation and meeting materials
  • Monitor calendar; Anticipate potential issues regarding calendar, and ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts.
  • Meeting preparation: manage requirements/needs of individuals involved; track and manage meeting requests and telephone calls as required.
  • Arrange appointments, meetings, speaking engagements, board meetings, various business and social events.
  • Responsibility for coordinating accompanying materials.
  • Oversight of complex planning logistics for domestic and international trips; assure accuracy for detailed itineraries and agendas.
  • Arrange for security: double-check details.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Proven success as an Executive Assistant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with senior executives in the finance, legal, or luxury goods industries
  • Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office: Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proactive and energetic with a positive attitude
  • English 4 skills
  • Graduated

2. Junior EA

Specific Responsibilities

 
  • Manage planning logistics for all domestic/foreign travel, meetings
  • Handle Accounts Payable tasks ensuring timely processing and payment of all invoices
  • Assist with office hospitality, manage refreshments for meetings and greet guests
  • Telephone contact; respond to calls, follow up as needed.
  • Review incoming mail and process accordingly.
  • Maintain organized system of managing and filing invoices and other important documents
  • Source and Purchase business related items as needed

Job Description

 
  • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

  • Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.

4. Sr Engineer

Job Description

 
  • Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
  • Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors
  • Determines project schedule and specifications by studying product design and plan, customer requirements, and performance standards
  • Complete technical studies; prepare cost estimates; calculate time requirements; sequence project elements
  • Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
  • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
  • Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
  • Responsible for coordination and assist liaison with the contractor and local authorities in planning
  • Responsible for obtaining relevant approvals for development projects, building inspection, and any other relevant matters.
  • Providing status reports to the senior management regularly and seek approval for work execution

Skill Set – Qualifications

  • Age must be above 30 years old
  • Must be BE(Civil)degree holder
  • At least 5-year experience in construction related field
  • Must have experience of managing all types of buildings

5. Procurement Officer

Job Description

 
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
  • Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
  • Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
  • Conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices
  • Working as part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team to assist in the wide spectrum of activities of the business.
  • Preparing presentations, emails and other documentation for business development, implementation and ongoing support for Director.

6. Jr BD Executive

Job Description

  • Generate measurable new sales opportunity through phone, email and in person contact with executive level clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to be reviewed quarterly.
  • Clearly qualify strategic opportunities in terms of gross profit, resources required for implementation, contractual commitments and project timelines.
  • Set up qualified on-site meetings at the senior level and document meeting results for the team in a timely manner.
  • Develop new product and service offerings to be presented to strategic assigned accounts.
  • Utilize company resources, lead the development of proposals, marketing documents and other tools necessary to successfully present to assigned clients.
  • Forecast long and short-range market potential.

Job Description
